Jackie, this one is real easy, only has 5 ingredients.

Easiest Ever Pumpkin Soup Serves 4

1 medium onion, grated on a box grater

1 (29oz) can pure pumpkin

2 (14.5 oz.) cans chicken broth

1/2 c. heavy cream

1 to 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

PANTRY STAPLES:  Extra-virgin olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper

1.  Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil in a saucepot over medium-high heat.  Add onion and cook, stirring, 1 minute or until warm.

2.  Stir in the pure pumpkin, chicken broth, heavy cream, pumpkin pie spice, and 3/4 tsp. salt and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until soup simmers.  Ladel into bowls, store leftover soup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

I use that recipe also, it is good and it is ready in about 45 minutes!
