Any delicious recipes that I can use a high quality Chuck cut with?
I picked up a couple of steaks the other day and I passed by a great looking Chuck cut that is pretty much prime for half off! :) I'd normally do a pot roast or similar but I was wondering if there were any favorite recipes from others that take advantage of a large slab of high quality meat. Something really robust in flavor, maybe Latin?!?
