Yummy "Lite" Banana Split

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 1/2 cup watermelon, diced
  • Chocolate dessert sauce to taste

Directions

  1. Divide the yogurt among 2 dessert dishes.
  2. Place 2 banana slices in each dish, pressing them down into the yogurt a bit.
  3. Sprinkle with the blueberries and the watermelon.
  4. Drizzle some of the chocolate sauce over the top and serve. If desired, sprinkle the top with crushed roasted peanuts.
