Wine BBQ Sauce

Wine BBQ Sauce (Wine_BBQ_Sauce.jpg) This sauce is best if prepared the day before. Use as a basting sauce for beef, pork, lamb, poultry, fish or game, or as a marinade before barbecuing!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup red or white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup chives or scallion tops, minced
  • 1 cup parsley, minced
  • 2- 3 cloves fresh CHRISTOPHER RANCH California Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large glass jar or bowl.
  2. Cover tightly and let stand overnight at room temperature.
