Wine and Garlic Marinade

Wine and Garlic Marinade (Wine_Garlic_Marinade.jpg) Grill with Mesquite or Pecan wood!

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves fresh CHRISTOPHER RANCH California Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rosemary or crumbled rosemary, minced

Directions

  1. Combine all of the top ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Marinate meat (beef or lamb is best) for at least 4 hours before grilling or overnight; makes about 1 1/4 cups.
