Grill with Mesquite or Pecan wood!

Ingredients
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves fresh CHRISTOPHER RANCH California Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rosemary or crumbled rosemary, minced
Directions
- Combine all of the top ingredients in a small bowl.
- Marinate meat (beef or lamb is best) for at least 4 hours before grilling or overnight; makes about 1 1/4 cups.
