Watermelon Radish Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 egg
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Melissa's Watermelon Radish, minced
  • 3 tablespoons celery, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chives, minced
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. To hard boil eggs, cover eggs in a saucepan by 1
  2. Hard boil eggs.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.
  4. Whisk in vinegar.
  5. Add Melissa's Watermelon Radish, chives and celery.
  6. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
  7. Pipe or spoon into hollowed egg cavities.
  8. Chill before serving.
