Ingredients
2 shallots, finely sliced
3 cups tung ho, finely sliced
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Directions
Place shallots and tung ho on a steamer rack with 1 inch boiling water. Cook until tender.
Toss with soy sauce. Serve as a side dish or over rice.
