Tung Ho and Shallots

Ingredients

  • 2 shallots, finely sliced
  • 3 cups tung ho, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce

Directions

  1. Place shallots and tung ho on a steamer rack with 1 inch boiling water. Cook until tender.
  2. Toss with soy sauce. Serve as a side dish or over rice.
