Texas Cookout Steak Ager

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Catsup
  • 1 Cup Corn oil
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Prepared Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Coarse Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp fresh CHRISTOPHER RANCH California Garlic, minced
  • 1 Large Onion, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients Mix well. Submerge steaks or chops in marinade for 24 hours, refrigerated and covered. Drain well, BBQ as usual.
