Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 ounces butter
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
5 medium organic apples, peeled and sliced
4 tamarillos, peeled and sliced
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the two flours, oats, sugar and cinnamon.
Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Add the sunflower seeds, stir and mix.
Grease a large shallow baking dish.
Layer the fruit in the base. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of extra sugar if desired.
Cover with the crumble mixture.
Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 40-50 minutes or until golden.
