Sweet Teriyaki Marinade

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice fresh
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 to 4 cloves fresh CHRISTOPHER RANCH California Garlic

Directions

  1. Put everything above in a blender or food processor and blended for at least 3 minutes.
  2. Pierce your steaks on both sides and place them in a plastic bag then pour the sauce over them.
  3. Let them marinade for a least a 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Then Grill your steaks using Direct Heat with Mesquite Wood and brushing with sauce each time you turn them. Try it on other meats also.
