Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Garlic and Herb Sea Salt
- 16 ounces fresh sea bass fillet
- 2 bunches gai lan, washed and trimmed cut in half lengthwise
- 2 bunches baby bok choy, washed, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons organic red bell pepper, diced 1/4-inch
Directions
- Place Garlic and Herb seasoning and water in the bottom of a steamer basket.
- Layer bok choy and gai lan on the top of the steam basket.
- Place the fish on top of the vegetables.
- Steam basket over the simmering pot of water until the fish is cooked.
- Garnish with diced red bell pepper. Serve with steamed rice.
