Steamed Sea Bass with Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Garlic and Herb Sea Salt
  • 16 ounces fresh sea bass fillet
  • 2 bunches gai lan, washed and trimmed cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 bunches baby bok choy, washed, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons organic red bell pepper, diced 1/4-inch

Directions

  1. Place Garlic and Herb seasoning and water in the bottom of a steamer basket.
  2. Layer bok choy and gai lan on the top of the steam basket.
  3. Place the fish on top of the vegetables.
  4. Steam basket over the simmering pot of water until the fish is cooked.
  5. Garnish with diced red bell pepper. Serve with steamed rice.
