Moroccan Bean Dip

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 - 15 oz. can of Garbanzo Beans, drained
  • 1 - 15 oz. can of Pinto Beans, drained
  • 1/4 c of Orange Juice
  • 1/3 c Dulcet Moroccan Mustard

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend the above ingredients until smooth and spread in a shallow bowl.
  2. Top with the following ingredients: 1/2 cup crumbled Feta Cheese, 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  3. 1/2 cup Green Olives, sliced
  4. Serve with Pita Chips.
