Honey Glazed Ham Recipe

Basting the ham with the honey glaze during roasting will make this recipe a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 8 pound fully-cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Combine orange juice, honey, cinnamon and cloves; mix well.
  3. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  4. Roast in oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until meat thermometer registers 135 to 140 degrees F.
  5. Baste with the honey glaze during the last 45 minutes.
