This is a delicious and moist fruit cake.

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz. package dried cranberries
- 1 3 oz. package dried blueberries
- 1 3 oz. package dried tart cherries
- 1 3 oz. package dried pineapple rings, diced
- 1 2 oz. package dried strawberries, diced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk, cold
- 1/2 cup rum
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and lightly flour a 10-inch loaf pan.
- Toss the dried fruit with the flour to coat.
- Mix together the cake mix and the remaining ingredients until creamy.
- Fold in the dried fruit and pour into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack. Makes 1 4 pound cake.
