Goat Cheese Stuffed Vine Sweet Mini Peppers

Ingredients
- 7 ounces Vine Sweet® Mini Peppers
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
Directions
- Wash and cut tops from peppers; save tops.
- Mix goat and cream cheese.
- Stuff pepper cavities with cheese mixture.
- Replace tops, they will stick on peppers with cheese.
- Bake on baking sheet in 350 degrees F oven for 15 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
