French Garlic Sausage

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Med. Ground pork butt
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 2 lb. Med. Ground beef chuck
  • 2 tsp White pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 8 cloves pressed Fresh CHRISTOPHER RANCH California Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Liquid smoke

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
  2. Bake or fry.
