Easy Hatch Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is a great combination of sweet and spicy. Give it a try. It's easy to make and very tasty.

Ingredients

• 1 18 oz. package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (such as Pillsbury)
• 2 fresh New Mexico Hatch chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and stems removed

Directions

1. In a bowl, break up the cookie dough.
2. Chop the Hatch chiles; mix them into the cookie dough.
3. Follow the cookie dough package directions to complete the cookies.
