Ingredients
- 8 organic Valencia oranges, juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1 pint French vanilla ice cream, divided
Directions
- Puree orange juice, soda, and half of the ice cream in a blender.
- Quickly pour into serving glasses. Top with scoops of the remaining ice cream.
- Optionally, garnish with a mint leaf or fresh raspberries.
