Chocolate Apricot and Coconut cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, halved
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 3 ounces dried coconut chips
  • 3 ounces dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 9 ounces canned sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Toss pecans in melted butter and spread on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 12 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Chop pecans.
  5. Chop coconut in food processor.
  6. Mix pecans, coconut and all other ingredient with wooden spoon.
  7. Form mixture into 2-tablespoon-sized balls.
  8. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and gently flatten with the bottom of a glass.
  9. Bake 15 minutes. Cool before removing from parchment.
