Ingredients
1 baguette bread, cut into 1 inch thick slices
4 ounces sun dried tomato pesto
2 ounces goat cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
After slicing the baguette, drizzle it with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Place the baguette slices onto a sheet pan, and toast in a 400 degrees F oven until golden. Let cool slightly.
Spread with sun dried tomato pesto and top with goat cheese.
Serve same day.
