Baguette Toasts with Melissa's Sun Dried Tomato Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette bread, cut into 1 inch thick slices
  • 4 ounces sun dried tomato pesto
  • 2 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. After slicing the baguette, drizzle it with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the baguette slices onto a sheet pan, and toast in a 400 degrees F oven until golden. Let cool slightly.
  3. Spread with sun dried tomato pesto and top with goat cheese.
  4. Serve same day.
