Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Honey Ridge Farms Balsamic Honey Vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, such as Jovia Grove
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 1 large carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
- Whisk together first five ingredients in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- In a large salad bowl, toss together the greens, carrot, and cabbage, and add the dressing; mix to coat all pieces well.
- Sprinkle with the almonds and sesame seeds and toss a couple of times. Serve immediately.
