Armenian Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh CHRISTOPHER RANCH California Garlic cloves (or more if desired)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Mash the garlic and salt with a mortar and pestle or food processor. Mix with the yogurt. Scramble the eggs as usual and top with the yogurt sauce.
