Mirepoix Recipe Contest

Mirepoix News is a free subscription available to anyone who enjoys foie gras, French charcuterie and fine cooking. Mirepoix is the French term for a mixture of chopped onions, carrots, and celery used as the base for soups, sauces, braising liquids and other dishes.

Mirepoix membership includes:

• Subscription to monthly newsletter featuring recipes with photos and step-by-step instructions, information about promotions available on EnjoyFoieGras.com, and announcements about events and restaurants serving foie gras.
• Discounts and free offers available only to Mirepoix members. Seasonal offers including free products with purchase are also available.
• Opportunity to submit recipes to the Enjoy Foie Gras recipe contest. Winning recipes earn product credit.

How to Enter:

1. Subscribe to Mirepoix News
2. Submit Name, mailing address, phone, email address and recipe details. The recipe must be your own recipe, not something copied from a book.
3. Send pictures (maximum of three, 200 pixels x 200 pixels max)
4. One winning recipe will be announced quarterly. Winners receive a $100 credit towards product purchases. Credit does not apply to shipping and handling. Winners will be notified by email.
5. Any recipe and pictures that are submitted may be published on the Enjoy Foie Gras site, and may be featured in Mirepoix News.
