Between now and December 31, 2010, Melange Sucre is requesting chocolate recipes developed with their chocolate rounds.
Each recipe must state which cacao percentage was used and why and will be judged on (a) originality; (b) complexity of flavor profile; and (c) presentation.
How to Enter: Visit Melange Sucre website (recipe contest section) and submit an email to contest@melangesucre.com with your complete name, home address, daytime and evening phone numbers, email address, photo, and your original recipe. Each recipe must state which cacao percentage was used and why.
Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older (19 years of age or older for residents of NE and AL) as of the date of entry. See all contest rules.
