Honey Lavender Fromage Blancs from Nettle Meadow

Nettle Meadows fromage blanc in honey lavender has a fresh, crisp flavor that comes from the happy goats who produce the milk. This unsalted goat cheese is infused with lavendar tea and organic honey, creating a deliciously sweet yet slightly tart combination that would be perfect paired with sliced fruit and table crackers. Also available in available in plain and rosemary infusion.

We also walked away VERY impressed by the Kunik as well. A triple crème made from goat milk and Jersey cow cream. The combination of goat milk and cow cream creates a very mild and exceptionally creamy cheese that can be used in all kinds of food pairings.
