GreeNoodle from Eon Foods

A far cry from the instant ramen I lived on in college, this green version (made from Moroheiya leaves) is loaded with vitamins, minerals and dietary fibers, however, it's a little high on the sodium if you use the supplied soup packets.

We had a very delicious Thai Style Tom Yum that tasted too good to be healthy! The noodles have a nice firm texture (air-dried, not fried) and you'd never think you're eating health food.
