BLACK Single-Origin Chocolate by Norman Love

I normally shy away from truffles, I've had too many mediocre versions that tasted like mushy chocolate. But not Norman Love Black Line truffles. Each distinct flavor is from single-origin cocoa locales - Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela and Madagascar. Dominican Republic's cocoa mass is a significant 74%, while the Madagascar is a little more tame at 64%. Look for hints of vanilla, berries and slight earthy notes in each bite.
