Mosaic Tile

Mosaic tiles are small tiles - usually only a half inch or smaller in size. They come in many different materials, such as ceramic, stone, metal and glass, and often times are combined to create a pattern or design. You can buy these tiles individually or in sheets of one color to use in mass for texture or use as accents in your design. Many manufacturers offer sheets in pre-designed patterns and decorative borders, which you can customize by using the existing pattern but selecting your own colors. You can also start from scratch and create a mosaic of your own design and with your own color palette.
