Every well designed home should have some original art but I think many people believe art collecting is only for millionaires. Thanks to Jen Beckman who launched 20x200, an online art gallery, the experience of collecting original art is accessible to everyone.

20x200 features an ever-changing collection of photography and limited edition prints with prices starting at $20. Established artists as well as emerging artists are featured and new editions are introduced each week.

I bet you are wondering where the name comes from. When they first launched, the smallest print size was 8 x10 which was printed in the largest batch – a limited edition of 200 – and it cost $20. Hence the name 20x200.

All print editions are exclusive to 20x200, printed on museum quality papers, include a certificate of authenticity and are signed by the artist so you know you are getting the real thing! They are also available framed or unframed. Typically the sizes and pricing are as follows although there are some exceptions.

• 8” x 10” - Limited Edition of 100 for $20
• 11” x 14” - Limited Edition of 500 for $50
• 16” x 20” - Limited Edition of 50 for $200
• 30” x 40” - Limited Edition of 2 for $1000
