Summer is the time for barbeques! And as I find myself being invited to more and more of these delectable functions, an ever-increasing percentage of my friends seem to announce their new-found vegetarianism. Why announce this at a barbeque? Doesn't barbeque mean meat? While I'm chowing down on every hot dog and burger in sight, my newly-vegetarian friends have either brought their own food or are fighting for the very few selections of veggies that have made in onto the grill. I decided to be a good friend and take note - when it's my turn to host a barbecue, I'll be sure to include lots of veggies on the menu.
