Gas, Propane, or Oil Hot Water Boiler These are heating units that use water circulated throughout the home in a system of baseboard heating units, radiators, and/or in-floor radiant tubing. Tax Credit: 30% of cost up to $1,500 Expires: December 31, 2010 Details: Must be an existing home and your principal residence. New construction and rentals do not qualify. Requirements AFUE ≥ 90 Tax Credit includes installation costs. Definitions:

• AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency) - is a rating that denotes the efficiency of gas heating equipment. It is the amount of heating your equipment delivers for every dollar spent on fuel. A higher rating indicates more efficient equipment.
